Microsoft has released a new Technical Preview/Insider Preview Windows 10 build 10074 for public. This build has made its availability faster than previous builds that took comparatively longer time to be available for slow ring users.
The users who are already using older build of Windows 10 Technical Preview will automatically download and install the latest build via Windows Update.
The users who have not already installed technical preview and planning to test this build are recommended to have a look at system requirements for Windows 10 before they start installations of latest build.
If you are using any previous build and not ready to test the latest version then you can read this guide: Stop Windows 10 from Downloading and Installing New builds automatically.
