This guide may also work on Windows 7 (Home / Starter / Basic) and 8 as well.

Microsoft does not ship Group Policy Editor utility with Windows 10 Home / Basic / Starter editions. That’s where third party clone (or it might be the genuine file copied from Win10 Pro edition) of gpedit.msc is used as a remedy. So far so good.
